The Adaptive Yoga program is accessible to all adults and considers all bodies and abilities, especially those with injury, disability, limitations, or who are elderly. With Certified Yoga Instructor Courtney Way, participants will learn modified/multiple variations on traditional yoga poses, allowing the poses to be adapted to specific needs and abilities. Class is based on the needs of the participants and will include music to de-stress and promote relaxation, yoga/stretches to improve flexibility and build strength, and movement/dance with breathing to improve concentration and coordination.
