Joanne Simpson, BA Psyc., Outreach Worker for AHS - Addiction and Mental Health, Strathmore will be presenting: Heart Math: For Parents of Children Struggling with Anxiety

This session covers:

Learning to relieve stress and how to build resiliency to challenges
Take home practical and transferable skills
We will be focusing on children aged 2 to 5 years, however, the same strategies could also be adapted to older children.
This is a FREE workshop - including handouts, continental breakfast, and door prizes!
